Here we try to answer the most common questions which we get asked. If your question isnt answered below, please do get in touch with us either through our contact form or give us a call on 07855 275353.

How long do you perform for?

We will always agree a price to perform for your wedding or event in advance. Within reason we do not clock watch and our price allows a certain amount of flexibility. If for example you need us for an extra hour, in most cases this wi not attract an additional charge.

Do you take breaks during your performance?

We will generally take a 5-10 minute break in every hour after the first 60 minutes of performance. Performances in excess of 3 hours will be subject to a longer break. We will discuss this with you at the time of booking.

Do you charge for travel?

We do not charge for travel anywhere within mainland UK. If your event is outside mainland UK then we would charge travel and expenses at cost.

Can you perform outdoors?

Yes we can perform indoors or outdoors. The only restriction on playing outdoors is the weather. In the event of bad weather (rain etc) we would need to perform undercover. Our instruments cannot get wet under any circumstances.

Do you need electricity?

We only need electricity for our digital piano. For this purpose we bring suitable PAT tested extension cables. In the event we are playing outside and there is no nearby source of electricity then we have a silent generator. Please advise in advance if you need us to bring this.

Do you carry Insurance?

We have up to date Performing and Creative Arts Public Liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000.

What happens if it snows?

If there is bad weather forecast for the day of your wedding or event, we will keep in close contact to ensure it is still going ahead as planned. Once confirmed as proceeding, we will make every effort possible to get there. In the extremely unlikely scenario that you can attend your wedding or event, but we are detained by bad weather, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and provide a full refund.
