Set within 120 acres of tranquil Hampshire countryside, this stunning grade II-listed, 18th Century manor house, on its own estate, is this picture-perfect country house wedding venue.

The extensive grounds feature delightful walled gardens, lakes, water features, tumbling vegetation alongside manicured hedges, and even resident exotic birdlife, including peacocks and guinea fowl. All potential backdrops for those all-important wedding photos. The property has a number of impressive event rooms, listed below, for any size or style wedding ceremony, breakfast or reception up to 250 guests.

The venue is ‘dry hire’, so you can tailor your day around your own wedding style and celebration. We’ll provide you with a list of recommended suppliers for all of your wedding needs. You are required to choose from our list of recommended caterers.

Our welcoming and fully-trained team have a wealth of experience in managing all kinds weddings, and we host many styles of weddings from Afro-Caribbean, Gay/Civil Union, Jewish, fusion and Asian weddings; be it Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Muslim or other union or celebration.

The estate is located just an hour outside of London, 40 minutes from Heathrow or Southampton Airports, and a short hop from the neighbouring towns of Alton and Farnham. It’s close to Farnham train station, which is 55 minutes by train from London Waterloo. Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive. Free parking is available on site.

For guests wishing to stay, the estate has 10 nearby Mews Houses. The houses may be booked exclusively (i.e. all 10 at once), individually, or on a room-by-room basis.

The Vine Room

The classically elegant room features crystal chandeliers, delicate vine-leaf engravings, marble flooring. Tall French windows allow natural light to flood the room, and offer views of the terrace and grounds. The room has a bar area, registrar’s room, toilet facilities, and outdoor terrace leading to the Nuns’ Garden, with its water features and a large magnolia tree providing natural shade in the summertime.

The Orangery

This naturally lit, atmospheric space, with glass roof and built-in bar area, seats up 250 guests. Numerous glass doors along one wall open out onto a quintessentially British walled garden, complete with roaming peacocks – the perfect spot for early evening drinks, and perhaps games on the lawn.
