Two of our beautiful suites are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, and you can host your reception anywhere in the hotel or riverbank. A WEEKEND FOR YOUR GUESTS TO REMEMBER
The party needn’t end once your big day comes to a close. Your wedding guests are invited to make a weekend of it, with preferential rates on overnight stays including access to our award winning spa.
HOST YOUR CIVIL CEREMONY AT OUR MODERN RIVERSIDE VENUE
Our modern Surrey hotel has two beautiful suites that are fully licensed to host civil ceremonies, and our experienced team will help you plan everything down to the last detail. The suites are like a blank canvas ready to be filled with your choice of flowers and decor. Both suites enjoy natural daylight, a private bar area and you will have the choice of numerous picturesque locations for photographs to remind you of your special day.
THE GRAND UNION SUITE
This elegant and spacious suite, with its own private lounge bar, is accessed via a separate entrance – we can even arrange to roll out the red carpet! The Grand Union Suite is licensed for up to 140 people for a civil ceremony and accommodates up to 250 for the wedding reception. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for you to relax and mingle with your guests.
THE RIVERSIDE SUITE
As its name suggests, our beautiful Riverside Suite enjoys unbeatable views across the River Thames and Bell Weir Lock. The Suite is licensed for 70 people for a civil ceremony and accommodates 80 people for a buffet dinner or 100 for a sit-down meal with dancing. The suite boasts an exclsive riverside terrace and conservatory with a private bar, and you’ll have access to the riverbank for receptions and barbecues.
