THE DAWLEY BARN
The original 17th century Dawley Barn has been elegantly converted into a unique private room; extremely versatile and suitable for all occasions, it can seat up to 120 for wedding receptions and dinners. Whilst very much part of the main house, a beautiful corridor leads you along to the barn and gives the perfect exclusive feel!.
DRAWING ROOM
An elegant and beautiful room in the main house boasting open fire places and views overlooking both the south lawn and the mile long avenue of Lime Trees.

CARLTON ROOM
Adjacent to the award-winning Avenue restaurant, the Carlton Room boasts beautiful views down the mile-long avenue of Lime Trees and provides a unique and elegant setting for weddings of up to 50 guests.

HAMPSHIRE ROOM
Located on the ground floor with plenty of natural light and its very own secluded courtyard, our Hampshire Room is one of a number of smaller venues, perfectly suited to intimate occasions with a maximum capacity of just 30 guests.

MOUNTBATTEN ROOM
Named after the late Lord Mountbatten, this elegant mahogany panelled private room is a beauitufl location for an intimate occasion. An open fireplace adds to the charm. Ceremony Capacity: 20 guests
HOUGHTON SUITE
The Houghton Suite is located on the ground floor of the hotel, with an abundance of natural light… a beautiful setting for a ceremony or reception of up to 40 guests.

ASH ROOM

The beautiful garden pavilion is set in 63 acres of rolling Hampshire countryside and overlooks our stunning 17th century country house, so if you’re looking for that little ‘something special’ that will make your day truly stand out, this will do just that. The pavilion is fully licensed for ceremonies of up to 120 guests.

MARQUEES
Our stunning South Lawn is the perfect location for marquees of up to 350 guests for your wedding breakfast and evening wedding reception. We work closely with Alresford Marquees, who are an extremely professional family-run company with the most beautiful collection of marquees. With over 20 years experience creating breathtaking backdrops, they would be delighted to help create some beautiful memories for you and your family!
