An exclusive use venue in a beautiful setting, located in its own 360 acre valley of rolling Warwickshire countryside, farmland, woodland and landscaped grounds. With just one wedding per day you can relax and enjoy the day.The barn style venue can accommodate up to 150 guests throughout your day (& eve) but is also ideal for smaller weddings with less than 50 guests. The venue is licensed for indoor or outdoor weddings so you can choose a location to suit yourselves.
The extended hire option is included in mid week weddings at no extra charge giving you additional time in the venue the day before your wedding to make sure everything is set up so you can relax and enjoy your special day. Extended hire is also available on weekends at additional charge.Extended hire gives you the option to book the Farmhouse the night before your wedding so you can start your wedding by sinking into the hot tub or sipping a glass of bubbly on the patio.
Outdoor Civil Marriage & Civil Partnerships
The beautiful lakeside ceremony area is the perfect spot for your civil wedding or partnership, located near the venue in the heart of our 360 acre estate surrounded by rolling countryside hills and fields. After the ceremony you can head to the patio for drinks and canapés whilst your wedding photos are taken. There are numerous idyllic photo opportunities like the island bridge, tree bench swing, lawns, flower beds and fields. It’s the perfect way to create those special memories and provides a beautiful backdrop to such a special moment. Outdoor weddings are licensed from March to October for up to 150 guests and are weather dependent (if weather isn’t suitable the ceremony would take place in the Barn).
Beautiful Barn Weddings
The stunningly converted Barn would host your ceremony if you opt for an indoor ceremony or the weather isn’t suitable for an outdoor marriage on the day. Architectural exposed brick work and 15ft high oak beamed ceilings mean the room is bright and airy and it has been decorated with neutral colours allowing you to make the space your own. Licensed for up to 150 guests the barn venue is perfect for your wedding photos and provides a beautiful backdrop to such a special moment.
