Today we had the privilege of playing for Sarah and Andy’s wedding at Eastington Park which is an Exclusive use wedding venue in Gloucestershire.
Music for the Wedding Day
Our first involvement was to play for Sarah and Andy’s wedding ceremony which was held in the delightful ceremony room at Eastington Park.
In keeping with her theme (see below) Sarah walked down the aisle to the beautiful song When you taught me how to dance, from the Beatrix Potter film – Miss Potter. This set the tone for the day and was a lovely start to proceedings.
After the ceremony we moved outside for the drinks reception. On this occasion we had been booked to play for the Ceremony, Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast. It was lovely to share in Sarah and Andy’s wedding day and they were also so kind to us providing us with snacks, drinks and then lunch from their wedding breakfast.
We really enjoyed being part of Sarah and Andy’s wonderful wedding celebrations.
Wedding with a Theme
Sarah and Andy had a very clear theme for their wedding. This encompassed the cake, the decorations and even the music choices. The best way to show you the wonderful way in which the theme enhanced their wedding day and was beautifully done is to share some photographs. As always with our site the photos we present are just taken on Jules’ phone – we do not pretend to be photographers on any level but we do our best to capture images to show you some of the lovely weddings we get to go to.
