Ceremony, Drinks and Meal

Having driven to Scotland the previous evening, we stayed overnight in Perth before the wedding so it was just a short drive to Taypark House in Dundee for today’s wedding between Tracey and Jamie.

Bridal Entrance
Chasing cars – Snow Patrol

Signing
Your song – Elton John
All of me – John Legend

Exit

Coldplay – A sky full of stars

We provided music for the ceremony which included traditional elements such as two 5 foot long swords being carried ahead of the Bride for her entrance and then ahead of the couple as they made their exit.

For the drinks reception we relocated to the hallway of the hotel as directed by the venue. The weather was unexpectedly hot so some guests did go outside, but we tried to be in a position where our music could be heard throughout the various spaces.

We had been given free choice of music for the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast so we tried to go with the vibe of the day and include a selection of covers for everyone. There were a couple of moments where the bride was dancing with her daughter during the meal which definitely created a great vibe.

We really enjoyed being a part of this great wedding and we wish Tracey and Jamie every happiness as they embark on their married future together.
