Heading North from our home in the Cotswolds took us to today’s beautiful wedding for Abigail and Connor.

We had plenty of time when we arrived at Cockliffe House Hotel for today’s wedding. Whilst we set up in the Ceremony Room, the wedding planner kindly supplied us with coffee. This is always welcome when we have travelled up on the morning of the wedding. There is a fine fine line between setting off at the crack of dawn and then spending hours waiting around versus not allowing enough time for morning traffic.
Luckily Jules is usually in favour of the former option and so we arrived in plenty of time!

Setting up once again at the back of the ceremony room, this time we had acres of space to spread out in, only sharing our end of the room with the wedding videographer.
This also gave us plenty of scope to get a few pictures during the ceremony….
Wedding Drinks Reception
After the ceremony we moved outside for the drinks reception. With a little uncertainty as to where we should play initially, we soon found an ideal spot on a patio so we could entertain the guests as they supped Pimms.
There is nothing better than a lovely outdoor drinks reception in the sun… And yes, that is Anne-Marie’s gin on the table! Of course like all professionals, we do not ‘drink’ whilst working, but let’s face it, one gin does no harm! And it is only ever one!! 🙂
