Caer Llan is a family run wedding & events venue in Monmouthshire, South Wales. Hidden away on a secluded hillside in 25 acres of garden, field and woodland, the beautiful old country house enjoys stunning views over the rolling countryside of the Vale of Usk towards the distant Welsh mountains.
Owned, run and lovingly maintained by the Carpenter family since 1969, the property plays host to weddings, celebrations and corporate events.
This was the venue for today’s wedding between Stephanie and Nathan where we were providing music for their ceremony and drinks reception.

We really enjoyed being a part of this wedding and the venue looked after us really well. It was interesting hearing how they had created an outdoor space during lockdown which worked for all weathers. This is so important as so many couples want to have an outdoor wedding. Even though the fog today spoiled what was surely a lovely view across the Welsh hills, even the rain couldn’t ruin the outdoor wedding ceremony and drinks.
