Having driven up to Newcastle the night before, we were well placed to get to Horton Grange in plenty of time for today’s wedding. We have done weddings in Northumberland and back home in a single day before now, but that only works depending on our plans for the days before and after.
On arrival we were welcomed by the venue staff and quickly shown to the ceremony room where there was plenty of space at the rear for us to set up with our piano shell.

The Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast
After the ceremony and whilst the guests and couple were engaged in the confetti shot, we swiftly relocated into the hotel lounge so we could carry on playing music during the drinks reception.

After an hour or so it was then time to relocate again so we could provide music during the wedding meal. This was located in the same room as the ceremony had been in earlier. We were allocated a slightly different position due to space limitations but this put us in the centre of the room so we could provide a blended sound throughout the meal room.
The couple had requested that we spread out a selection of Christmas songs throughout the day and suggested the following songs for their wedding meal.
