Today we set up at the rear of the ceremony room as directed by the couple where there was plenty of space for our gloss black piano shell.

The Drinks Reception
Today with the weather being sunny and warm the drinks reception was held in the small garden opposite the hotel. This means carrying our piano across the road but fortunately there is a side entrance to the hotel which makes this a very easy job. Charlotte, the lovely wedding co-ordinator was kind enough to clear enough space so we could fit our piano through.
Once outside we found a space on the lawn to set up so we could entertain the guests as they enjoyed drinks and muffins! Traditionally at The Swan there was also the wedding day Duck Race which provides much entertainment! Outside we kept our music upbeat to match the vibe of the moment. There was also a live artist painting pictures of the guests.

It was soon time to return inside for the wedding breakfast where we set up in the opposite corner of the room and provided a gentler background music whilst the guests enjoyed a three course dinner.
