Some years ago (!) Jules was a student at Royal Holloway, studying for a degree in music. This mostly meant spending time in the College Chapel either singing or playing the organ for the regular services which occurred on a daily basis.
Today Jules returned with Anne-Marie to play for a Corporate drinks reception which took place in the South Quad. Fortunately the weather was favourable and it was an absolute delight to set up in a shaded area on the grass and provide background music whilst delegates supped on champagne.
The event was being held by AFCEA UK London Chapter and we were booked by Chris Yorke. Following the event he sent us these kind words:
This is just a quick note to say a HUGE thank you for playing for us at the AFCEA TriCyCIS post Conference Dinner at Royal Holloway last Thursday. It was very much appreciated and I’ve had lots of very positive feedback.

Musicians for Corporate Events
JAM Duo are no stranger to corporate events. Whilst it is true to say that we do spend most of our time playing for weddings we are equally at home playing for drinks receptions for business and charity / fundraising events. The electric cello was in its element at Royal Holloway and we received a lot of comments on the beautiful tone of the cello as it resonated around the Victorian walls of the Founders Building.
