Quite possibly the most anticipated wedding of the year, was our very last one of 2022. This took us into Worcestershire on the edge of the Malverns to a delightful venue near Tenbury Wells.

Once described as the ‘Best investment’ you could have at your wedding, Georgie is not only a fabulous wedding planner from Gloucestershire, but some years ago she was actually one of Anne-Marie’s pupils. Yes, in a previous life before embarking on a career with Jules as a wedding musician, AM used to be head of music at Churchdown School near Gloucester where, she once taught Georgina.
The Wedding Ceremony
Our first involvement with Georgie and Brian’s wedding day was to provide music at their wedding ceremony. As we understand, Georgie has been instrumental in helping Rhyse Farm set themselves up as a new wedding venue.
As you would expect there were plenty of lovely touches at this wedding – the first being a very welcoming warm glass of mulled wine prior to the ceremony.

As this was a celebrant lead ceremony there was no signing of the register hence not having any music for that point.

After the ceremony we had to quickly disassemble our piano shell and transport everything across the farm to the area where the drinks reception and rest of the day was taking place.
Wedding Drinks Reception
In terms of music the request for the drinks reception was anything well known and upbeat.
We were particularly impressed by the ‘canapés’ which took the form of a table laden with cheese, bread, meats, olives and other delights! This was definitely the best food we have ever seen during a drinks reception!
We absolutely loved being a part of Georgie and Brian’s Wedding Day and we wish them every happiness in their married life.
