Today we made our first trip to Gaynes Park which is a beautiful Barn wedding venue in Essex just on the edge of Epping. Arriving slightly early we found time to have a spot of breakfast in a little cafe located in a park just outside the town centre. This meant we were well prepared and in good time to set up for the wedding.

The Wedding Ceremony
The Orangery, with its license for Civil Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnership Ceremonies accommodating up to 150 guests, offers a versatile setting that can be configured in various ways to suit different weddings. Its light and contemporary interior seamlessly blends with the surrounding gardens, creating an indoor-outdoor ambiance regardless of the weather.
Music for the ceremony
Rhys and Abbie had chosen some great music for their ceremony which included a blend of two songs for the bridal entrance. This was a great idea as the ‘aisle’ walk started from the distant gate shown in the right hand photograph above.

The Drinks Reception
After the ceremony we were able to remain in the same location in the orangery for the drinks reception which meant there was an uninterrupted flow of music for the guests to enjoy.
Abbie and Rhys had requested a blend of popular and Disney songs for the drinks reception.
All too soon the guests were being called through to the meal which was our cue to depart. We really enjoyed being a part of Rhys and Abbie’s beautiful wedding at Gaynes Park and we wish them every happiness for the future.
