Firstly, if you are looking to book us or have just made a booking then Thank You! We really appreciate every booking which comes our way and we love being part of weddings and events.

On this page we have outlined the booking process along with details of how we tend to work with clients in the run up to their wedding / event.

Booking Deposit

For weddings we charge a £100 deposit to secure your chosen date. When you are ready to book please contact us with the following information:

Date of Wedding / Event
Email and Telephone (mobile pref) contact details
Your Choice of Wedding Option from our brochure

If we are available on your date, we will send you (via email and/or WhatsApp) a Booking form with details of how to pay the deposit. Once we receive your deposit payment, the date is secured for you. When you pay the deposit please include your Event Date as the reference.

Wedding Music Choices

If you have booked us to play for your wedding then we will send you a link to our online client information form around 6-8 weeks before your wedding. This will enable you to confirm venue details / timings and most importantly your music choices for different parts of the day. If you would like to complete this form sooner then please get in touch for details.

Any Questions in the run up to your Event?

If you need help deciding what music to have then do please contact us any time. WhatsApp is the easiest and preferred means of contact but you can also send us a message from our contact page.

You can use WhatsApp to talk to us about any relevant questions concerning music or our part in your wedding / event so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Keeping in Touch with You

Aside of the above, we realise that some events are booked 2 or more years in advance and so there may be some time when we do not need to contact you. However, periodically we will stay in touch, and will always contact you around 6 – 8 weeks before your event to confirm music choices as outlined above.

Insurance and PAT Test Certificates

Some venues will require you to provide proof of our business insurance as well as certificates to show compliance with PAT Testing regulations. Both of these documents are renewed annually (usually in October) and are available upon request.

Balance Payment

The full amount agreed for your wedding or event (less any deposit monies received) is due at least 30 calendar days before the date of your event. For this purpose we will send you our final invoice around 6-8 weeks before your event. If you wish to settle the balance earlier than this then please contact us and we will send you the relevant details. If you book us less than 30 days in advance of your wedding or event, then payment in full will be due at the time of booking.
