Designed specifically with weddings in mind, the venue was completed in 2005 and is a family run business. With a fairy-tale, rural setting, each element of your day has been carefully considered, from the moment you walk down the aisle to that momentous first dance.

JAM Duo at Sandhole Oak Barn
Jules and Anne-Marie can provide music for your wedding day at Sandhole Oak Barn in Cheshire where we can play indoors or outside. There is also a lovely grand piano in the ceremony room which we can use if required or we can set up by the piano and use our own instruments if this is preferable.

With rolling fields all around, Sandhole Oak Barn feels miles away from anywhere yet is easily reached, making it the ideal place for any country-loving couple to hold their big day.
Facilities and Capacity
The traditional barn stands proud beside the peaceful lake and surrounding greenery. The oak beams and frame offer an authentic feel, while floor-to-ceiling windows let the light flood in. Sandhole Oak Barn is wonderfully versatile and can be divided into two parts for the different aspects of your day. Tie the knot in the Ceremony Barn with views of the lake in front of you and celebrate in the Dining Barn, which is idea for wedding breakfasts and evening receptions for 40 to 140 guests.
The lakeside Dining Barn offers a cosy atmosphere in the colder months with underfloor heating. For something truly different, you could hold your ceremony outside under the majestic oak Clock Tower just a few feet from the lake. You and your guests can then take to the verandah overlooking the water with a glass of bubbly and delicious canapés to toast your newlywed status.
In the winter, the barn provides plenty of space to mingle with your guests while still enjoying the stunning views through the windows. As well as exclusive use of the Oak Barn, you will also have the Small Barn to enjoy. This characterful space sits just a few metres away and is ideal for welcoming guests before your vows, entertaining younger guests, or for unwinding with your nearest and dearest at the end of the evening.
