Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking was the picturesque setting for Chloe and Alex’s special day, filled with love, joy, with music provided by JAM Duo. Comprised of Anne-Marie on the cello and Jules on the piano, JAM Duo provided a captivating musical experience throughout the ceremony and drinks reception, creating unforgettable moments for the couple and their guests.
The Wedding Ceremony
The bridal entrance today featured a blend of two songs. As the bridesmaid’s walked in we played Can you Feel the Love tonight before seamlessly blending this into Say You Won’t Let Go by James Arthur. Our interpretation of this classic Disney song added a touch of whimsy and nostalgia, setting the stage for a celebration of love.
After the exchange of rings and the pronouncement of their union, the newlyweds, accompanied by their witnesses, made their way to the signing table. JAM Duo provided a heartfelt rendition of “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” evoking feelings of romance and commitment. For the second song during this segment, the couple left the choice to the musicians, who delighted everyone with a selection reminiscent of the popular Bridgerton style music, transporting guests to a bygone era of elegance and grandeur.
As Chloe and Alex triumphantly made their way down the aisle, we performed the captivating “Bridgerton Theme.” The spirited melody filled the air, encouraging guests to join in the celebration and adding a touch of modern flair to the couple’s exit. This lively piece left everyone with a sense of anticipation for the festivities yet to come.
Drinks Reception and Vineyard Tour
Following the ceremony, the celebrations continued outdoors as guests gathered in the courtyard for a delightful drinks reception. The JAM Duo set the tone with a carefully curated selection of melodies, enchanting the crowd with their skillful performances. The soothing sounds of the cello and piano provided the perfect backdrop as friends and family mingled and savored the joyous atmosphere.
During the drinks reception, as the guests embarked on a tour of the vineyard, Jules and Anne-Marie took a short break to recharge. However, they soon resumed their musical magic, welcoming the returning guests with their enchanting melodies as they rejoined the festivities for more drinks before proceeding to the meal.
